Invisible Technologies offers unique outsourcing and automation services to innovative companies. The Operations Analyst role focuses on improving operational efficiencies and quality through analysis and project management, working closely with Operations Directors.

Responsibilities

• Unlock efficiencies and quality improvements in our operations through analysis, process design, and project management
• Paired with Operations Directors and serve as an extra pair of eyes, ears, hands, and brain
• A catalyst for the Director to achieve their department’s overall objectives
• Efficiency & quality analyses on process work
• Financial analyses on different areas of our operations
• Project management of certain client work
• Process design improvement work on important client or internal processes

• Experience in efficiency & quality analyses on process work
• Experience in financial analyses on different areas of operations
