Summary

The Patent Attorney will prepare and prosecute patents for major domestic corporate clients, provide opinions, due diligence, and PTAB-related support, and may handle trademarks. The role focuses on technologies including mechanical, materials, physics, robotics, automotive, industrial equipment, and related systems.

Responsibilities

• The primary focus will be preparation & prosecution of patents for major domestic corporate clients, opinions, due diligence, PTAB related support, and possibly trademarks if you desire
• Client assignment and responsibility will be dependent upon your technical expertise, experience, and demonstrated ability

Skills

• Minimum BS Engineering, Physics, or Material Science
• Must have at least 2 years of full-time claim drafting and prosecutions experience
• Demonstrated for producing high-quality patents relating to complex related technologies
• Solid communication interpersonal skills for client interaction
• State bar and USPTO bar
