Summary

IP Recruiter Group is recruiting for a patent attorney associate or patent agent opportunity within a well-respected and growing intellectual property practice. The role focuses on preparing and prosecuting patents, drafting patent opinions, conducting due diligence, and potentially supporting PTAB and litigation matters across mechanical, electrical, and physics technologies.

Responsibilities

• Your work will primarily relate to the preparation and prosecution of patents, patent opinions, due diligence, and the potential opportunity for PTAB and litigation support work as well
• Your client assignment and responsibility will be commensurate with your abilities
• Team members are entrusted with substantial client interaction and must possess excellent interpersonal skills

Skills

• Minimum BS engineering or physics
• Must have at least 2 years of full-time claim drafting and prosecutions experience
• Demonstrated for producing well written patents
• Solid communication interpersonal skills for client interaction
• State bar and USPTO bar
• Minimum BS engineering or physics
• Must have at least 2 years of full-time claim drafting and prosecutions experience
• Demonstrated for producing well written patents
