Summary

The role focuses on preparing and prosecuting patents, developing patent opinions and portfolio strategies, conducting due diligence, counseling clients, and potentially handling PTAB work.

Responsibilities

• Your work will primarily relate to the preparation and prosecution of patents, patent opinions, patent portfolio strategy, due diligence, and client counseling, with the potential opportunity for PTAB work as well
• Here, your client assignment and responsibility will be commensurate with your interests and abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are important as client interaction and responsibility would progressively increase
• Your particular area of focus will be dependent upon your technical expertise

Skills

• Degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or physics
• USPTO Patent Attorney
• A least 2 years of full time patent drafting and prosecution experience
• Degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or physics
• USPTO Patent Agent
• A least 2 years of full time patent drafting and prosecution experience
