Leadership Development Analyst

Summary

JM Test Systems is a technical services company providing test equipment sales, calibration, and service across the United States and Canada. The Leadership Development Analyst will support and lead business initiatives across divisions, acquisitions, and new service models while solving operational problems, building relationships, and developing toward a permanent management or corporate role.

Responsibilities

• Go where you're needed. Deploy to the division, function, or initiative with the greatest need, supporting and then leading defined pieces of the work
• Solve real problems. Learn unfamiliar operations quickly, gather the data, find root causes, and turn your findings into plans people can act on
• Drive strategic initiatives. Support acquisition integrations, system implementations, new locations, and new service models, taking on more ownership as you're ready
• Earn trust on the front line. Build relationships and credibility with technicians, supervisors, and functional partners
• Make change stick. Hand off sustainable ownership to the business so improvements last after your assignment ends
• Share your work with leaders. Present progress, findings, and recommendations to senior leadership, and grow through regular development and readiness reviews

Skills

• Bachelor's degree, graduating by spring or summer 2027
• Evidence of leadership and ownership. Campus leadership, internships, athletics, military service, or working through school all count
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Real curiosity about how businesses operate, and comfort with ambiguity and changing priorities
• Must relocate to Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and be willing to travel extensively
• Required relocation to the Baton Rouge area
• Frequent travel to JM Test Systems locations and customer sites, including multi-week and occasionally multi-month assignments
• Regular time in calibration labs, customer facilities, and field and industrial environments
• Coursework, internships, or experience in business, engineering, supply chain, finance, or operations, or exposure to technical, industrial, or field-service environments
