We are now accepting internship/externship applications for the Fall 2026, andSpring and Summer 2027 semesters.Responsibilities:Law school interns/externs will have the opportunity to work with refugees, asylees,parolees, and immigrants from around the world facing a variety of immigration relatedlegal issues. Interns/externs will work with JERS attorneys and staff to support our attorneysin providing legal services. This may involve assisting with legal consultations, helping toprepare and review submissions to USCIS, and researching relevant immigration case law,statutes and country conditions.Qualifications:Interns/externs must be able to commit to a minimum of 2 days per week (on site) to effectivelyfulfill their internship/externship duties.
