Summary
Jump 450 is seeking a dedicated Motion Graphics Designer/Editor to create high-performing direct response creative for various social media platforms. The role involves collaborating with the creative team to conceptualize and execute motion and video ads, while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, design, and execute motion + video ads, and supporting static assets as needed for performance testing
- Build direct response-first motion systems: kinetic typography, punchy transitions, UI-style overlays, callouts, infographics, and performance-driven effects
- Re-cut existing footage, adapt animated graphics, and create net-new variations for A/B testing and rapid iteration
- Develop moodboards, styleframes, and storyboards to align internally and with clients before production
- Leverage stock footage/imagery, SFX, and AI-assisted tools (e.g., image generation/editing, VO/asset support) to move quickly—especially for brands with limited existing content
- Maintain exceptional project hygiene: naming conventions, layer structure, and organized project files that enable fast handoffs and easy revisions
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing quality, timelines, and stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced environment
- Stay on top of platform trends (paid + organic) and translate them into ad-ready creative patterns
- Deliver across required formats/aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 16:9, etc.) and placements with strong attention to specs
Skills
- Fully dedicated, highly organized hybrid Motion Graphics Designer/Editor
- Create and iterate high-performing direct response (DR) creative across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other paid social/video placements
