Full Stack Engineer

Kaizen Generative Technology is an innovative company focused on building and scaling fintech platforms. As a Full Stack Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain efficient code while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and Maintain: Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code using TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and tRPC
• Backend Development: Work with Prisma and MySQL to ensure robust data management and seamless integration with our frontend systems
• Collaborate: Partner with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other engineers, to deliver high-quality, user-friendly solutions
• Optimize: Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues to enhance performance and user experience
• Innovate: Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle and drive the adoption of modern technologies and best practices
• Security Focus: Ensure the application's security and data integrity are maintained at the highest standards, given the sensitive nature of our user data
• Continuous Improvement: Engage in code reviews, pair programming, and active knowledge sharing within the team to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement

Skills

• Strong experience with TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and tRPC
• Familiarity with Prisma and MySQL is a must
• Ability to tackle complex problems and present innovative solutions
