Responsibilities
- Analyze manufacturing performance data
- Identify opportunities for yield improvement and waste reduction
- Conduct DOE studies and capability assessments
- Implement SPC methodologies
- Lead root cause investigations
- Drive Lean Six Sigma projects
- Support productivity and cost-reduction initiatives

- BS in Engineering
- Experience with Minitab, SPC, and DOE
- Strong analytical skills
