Summary
Keeper Security is a fast-growing cybersecurity software company that protects organizations and individuals from cyber attacks. The Associate Talent Acquisition Partner will support the full-cycle recruiting process, independently manage select junior and support-level searches, and coordinate sourcing, interviews, assessments, onboarding, and recruiting operations.
Responsibilities
- Support the full-cycle recruitment process by reviewing applications, corresponding with candidates and hiring managers, coordinating interviews, sourcing candidates and supporting new hire onboarding activities
- Review applications and advance candidates who meet minimum qualifications
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
- Facilitate candidate and hiring manager communications and provide timely status updates throughout the interview process
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned junior, support and other lower-complexity roles, including conducting screening interviews
- Launch assessments, monitor progress and manage associated communications
- Partner with HR and training teams to coordinate pre-employment screening and new hire onboarding activities
- Create and update process documentation, communication templates and recruitment reporting
- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information within the applicant tracking system
- Support special projects for the Talent Acquisition and Human Resources teams
Skills
- 1–3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting or recruiting for roles within a technology or SaaS organization
- Experience working with an applicant tracking system (ATS) and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
- Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, candidate screening and interview coordination
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, organization and problem-solving skills
- Ability to quickly establish relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities
- Ability to work effectively both autonomously and as part of a team
- Experience handling sensitive or confidential information
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience
