Summary
Kodiak Solutions partners with hospitals and healthcare organizations to improve operations through data, technology, and industry expertise. The Kodiak Intern will analyze healthcare operations and financial data, prepare client-facing reports, support operational improvement initiatives, and contribute to consulting and technology projects.
Responsibilities
- Analyze data and operations to uncover insights that drive performance improvement for healthcare clients
- Construct client-facing reports that communicate findings and recommendations clearly and effectively
- Support operational improvement initiatives across hospitals, health systems, and physician groups
- Work on projects focused on revenue cycle and financial operations, helping clients solve complex business challenges
- Contribute to specialized engagements such as:
- Deep financial analysis for hospital operations
- Month-end close optimization and finance process improvement
- Financial modeling to navigate payer reimbursement complexities
- Revenue operations enhancements across the continuum of patient care
- Implementation of custom technology solutions tailored to client needs
