Job description
Summary
KSA Integration is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business that provides business and management solutions. They are seeking an AI Data Analyst to support the Marine Corps Program Office, focusing on data preparation, scripting, and model execution for logistics analysis.
Responsibilities
- Perform data preparation, cleaning, and validation to produce reliable inputs for models, simulations, and analytical products
- Write and maintain scripts in Python, R, or SQL to automate data extraction, transformation, and recurring queries
- Execute routine model and simulation runs, document results, and flag anomalies for Senior Analyst review
- Build data pipelines and transform raw data from multiple sources into usable metrics and data sets
- Produce data visualizations and dashboard content that communicate analytical results clearly
- Support development and refinement of predictive models and AI/ML workflows under Senior Analyst direction
- Maintain documentation of data sources, scripts, and analytical processes
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- Four or more years of related experience
- Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL, and basic data visualization tools
- Active Secret security clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain one (must be maintained for the duration of the contract)
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DoW Common Access Card (CAC)
- Master's Degree in Data Science, Analytics, or a related field
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) or ML model development
- Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Databricks) and data pipeline development
- Familiarity with DoW or Marine Corps data systems and logistics data
