Summary
Ladders is seeking a Product Manager, Loans (MANTL) to join a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will drive meaningful impact across key initiatives and partner cross-functionally to deliver measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery of indirect lending integrations with dealership platforms
- Translate dealership-to-FI processes into clear product requirements
- Drive the full product lifecycle from discovery through delivery
- Collaborate closely with engineering on API integration design
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment on product execution
- Implement the product with beta customers and gather feedback
- Define success metrics and establish feedback loops for improvements
Skills
- 2-4 years of experience in product management or similar role
- Experience shipping B2B SaaS products integrating with external systems
- Capability to operate in ambiguity and create concrete plans
- Strong technical fluency for effective collaboration with engineers
- Expertise in requirements clarity and high-quality delivery
- Demonstrated ownership and follow-through in cross-functional initiatives
- Customer-centric mindset with a high urgency approach
