The Land O'Lakes Technology Internship brings your education to life by providing hands-on experience applying technology and data solutions toreal businesschallenges. As a member of our Technology organization,you'llwork alongside experienced professionals, contribute to meaningful work, and gain exposure to how technology drives innovation across the Land O'Lakes businesses.
Be embedded on a technology team and own a meaningful project in a focus area such asData Engineering,Data Science,Data Visualization, Software Engineering, Business Analytics, Integration & Automation, Infrastructure, or Cybersecurity.
Gain experience with enterprise technology platforms, tools, and development practices while building technical skills that translate to the workplace.
Develop business acumen by partnering with cross-functional teams and learning how technology enables business outcomes across Land O'Lakes.
Build your professional network through mentorship, networking events, and a collaborative intern project with peers across the organization.
RequiredQualifications:
Currently pursuing abachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science or Analytics, Cybersecurity, MIS, Mathematics, or a related discipline, with sophomore standing or higher (junior preferred)
Ability to work from Arden Hills, MN campus for duration of 11-week internship(in office Tuesday,Wednesdayand Thursday each week)
Strong communicationskills
PreferredQualifications:
GPA of 3.0 or above
Strong interest in learning new tools and technologies
Demonstrates curiosity and courage to ask questions
Ability to collaborate to meet goals andobjectives
Appliesproblem-solvingskills to overcome challenges
