L&H CPAs · Advisors is seeking an Operations Manager to drive efficiency and coordinate workflows across their accounting and advisory services. The role involves managing daily operations, ensuring compliance, and enhancing operational performance while fostering collaboration within the team.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations, including production planning, workflow management, and resource allocation
- Oversee and coordinate business functions using UltraTax, Practice CS, and HubSpot software to support efficiency and integration across departments
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards
- Apply Lean principles and best practices to improve processes and enhance overall operational performance
- Direct comprehensive production planning and oversee and enhance the department's operational efficiency, quality control, and operational management
- Foster effective communication and collaboration within the financial accounting and advisory team
- Request and track the fulfillment of any missing documents or information from clients, maintaining accurate records of outstanding items
- Prepare financial reports related to operational performance and resource utilization
- Schedule and facilitate regular team meetings to discuss project statuses, deadlines, and any arising issues
- Maintain a well organized filing system, both digital and physical, for easy access to client and project documents
- Monitor financial project timelines and deadlines, proactively addressing any potential delays or issues
- Play a pivotal role in policy and procedure development, contributing to organizational growth and effectiveness of our accounting and advisory services
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or a related field
- One (1) year related experience required
