• Transition into your role as an Implementation Consultant on active project teams while completing an additional 80 hours of continuous Academy enablement
• Receive on-the-job training, senior-level mentorship, and exposure to complex data strategy to propel your career progression
• Demonstrate high learning velocity with the ability to rapidly absorb, retain, and apply complex technical concepts in an accelerated environment
• Approach multi-layered technical problems with strong analytical curiosity and a structured, step-by-step mindset
• Communicate clearly and confidently, with an ability to translate technical concepts into practical business solutions for clients
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail when configuring system logic, mapping data flows, and verifying project requirements
