Summary

Louis Dreyfus Company is a leading merchant and processor of agricultural goods operating across the global agricultural value chain. The Industrial Engineer Rotation Program provides recent graduates with two years of rotational experience across industrial facility operations, engineering, maintenance, safety, quality, and commercial functions. Associates will develop leadership skills, gain hands-on experience with industrial equipment and technology, and contribute to projects across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

  • Gain first-hand experience in every operational position within an industrial facility
  • Work alongside engineering experts
  • Learn foundations of CapEx project planning and implementation
  • Enhance leadership skills by interacting with a diverse team of employees
  • Use state-of-the-art equipment/technology to contribute to projects within the areas of Maintenance, Processing, Safety/Health/Environment, Quality, Operations, and Commercial

Skills

  • Geographic mobility is a core requirement of this program. Final placement will be determined based on business needs and may require relocation
  • Various locations in US and Canada – must be open to relocation
  • Industrial environment – working at heights, stair climbing, confined spaces, varying temperatures, grain dust. Personal Protective Equipment is provided & required
