Summary
CGI is an IT and business consulting services firm. The Product Manager will lead strategy, roadmap development, backlog prioritization, and delivery for specialty pharmacy modernization products in the Patient Engagement area. The role partners with engineering, clinical, UX/UI, and business stakeholders to translate needs into product outcomes and improve patient experience, operational efficiency, and pharmacy performance.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing business value, technical feasibility, and delivery timelines
- Translate high level business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
- Partner closely with Scrum Masters, UX/UI Designers, and Engineering teams to ensure efficient sprint planning and execution
- Serve as the voice of the customer, driving decisions that maximize user satisfaction and business outcomes
- Leverage data, feedback, and KPIs to identify opportunities for product enhancement and continuous improvement
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure clear alignment between delivery progress and business goals
- Participate in sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release planning to ensure quality, transparency, and alignment
Skills
- Proven success managing software products through the full lifecycle — from conception to launch and ongoing iteration
- Experience working on data, analytics and reporting projects
- Experience in pharmacy or highly regulated environments
- Experience in customer engagement through digital experience design
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience with tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, and Confluence
- Ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements, wireframes, and acceptance criteria
- Experience working with cross functional teams including Engineering, QA, Design, and DevOps
- Strong analytical and data driven decision-making skills
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to align business and technical stakeholders
- Experience leading a small team
- CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) or PSPO (Professional Scrum Product Owner) certification
- Experience in Scaled Agile (SAFe) or multi team delivery environments
- Exposure to UX design principles and user research methodologies
- Familiarity with product analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Mixpanel)
- Background in technical domains such as software engineering, cloud solutions, or data analytics
- Experience working on pharmacy projects
