LS Solutions is seeking a full-time Data Engineer to support the 2026 cycle, responsible for building and maintaining data pipelines, models, and infrastructure that empower data work across the progressive movement. The role involves developing SQL models, expanding GCP pipelines, and collaborating with data staff to support strategic data initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Developing and refining SQL and dbt models
- Expanding GCP pipelines
- Collaborating with national and state data staff
- Contributing to data strategy
- Supporting internal and external data needs
Skills
- Strong SQL
- Python
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake)
- Familiarity with modern data stacks and APIs
- Prior political or campaign data experience
- Self-starter mindset
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of software engineering best practices
- Version control
- Understanding of voter data tools
- Experience with dbt Cloud
