Summary
Ludlow Manufacturing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to support quality assurance, customer satisfaction, process improvement, and new product launches. The role develops inspection plans, manages PPAP submissions, leads corrective actions, and ensures products meet customer, regulatory, and internal quality requirements while coordinating with customers, suppliers, engineering, and manufacturing.
Responsibilities

- Ensuring products meet customer, regulatory, and internal quality requirements
- Serving as a key liaison between customers, suppliers, engineering, and manufacturing to drive quality performance, reduce defects, and ensure successful product realization from launch through production
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related technical field
- Experience supporting fabricated metal, welding, machining, assembly, or automotive manufacturing environments
