Job description

Summary

Martin Grant Associates, Inc. is seeking an experienced professional to join its growing Global Benefits team. The Global Analyst will support multinational employee benefits programs by analyzing data, preparing recommendations, assisting with renewals and compliance activities, researching international regulations, and managing client projects.

Responsibilities

  • Support multinational health, welfare, retirement, and employee benefit programs
  • Analyze benefits data and prepare reports, benchmarking, presentations, and recommendations
  • Assist with renewals, compliance audits, global broker RFPs, and multinational pooling
  • Collaborate with consultants, clients, brokers, carriers, and global partners
  • Research international benefits regulations and market trends
  • Manage multiple client projects and deliverables

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree and **2+ years of relevant experience**
  • Knowledge of **global benefits and/or international insurance**
  • Client account management or customer success experience
  • Strong analytical, research, communication, and project management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, multicultural environment
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally approximately **1–2 times per year**
  • Insurance licensing, foreign-language skills, and exposure to Finance, Tax, or Legal are beneficial but not required
