QA Tester

Summary

Mault is an AI agent governance platform focused on creating safe and auditable multi-agent coding workflows. They are seeking a QA Tester who will be responsible for testing their product, documenting issues, and producing quality reports based on the testing of enterprise builds and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Install enterprise VSIX builds on fresh machines and verify they activate without errors
• Run semi-autonomous workflows (human clicks through a panel, AI agents do the work) and document what happens
• Verify fully autonomous workflows (AI agents operate independently) and ensure the pipeline completes correctly
• Write quality reports that include what you tested, what passed, what failed, the exact steps to reproduce failures, and why the failure matters
• Create GitHub or Azure DevOps issues for every bug found, with clear acceptance criteria so a developer or AI agent can fix it without questions
• Record screencasts of test sessions so the engineering team can see exactly what happened
• Compare behavior across machines and operating systems when cross-platform testing is required
