Job description

Summary

Merz Aesthetics is a global aesthetics business offering injectables, devices, and skincare products for healthcare professionals. The Portfolio Development Manager is responsible for achieving revenue targets, growing Ultherapy consumables and Neocutis skincare sales, developing accounts, delivering clinical training, and expanding portfolio penetration across an assigned territory.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and semester revenue targets
  • Drive consumable growth through increased procedure volume and utilization
  • Develop and execute comprehensive quarterly business plans
  • Forecast accurately and manage territory performance metrics
  • Identify whitespace opportunities to expand
  • Maintain and grow Territory (Skincare + Consumables) Build relationships with physicians, practice owners, and decision-makers
  • Position Ultherapy as a premium, high-ROI treatment offering
  • Lead business reviews to drive accountability and performance improvement
  • Deliver initial, advanced & on-going Ultherapy & Neocutis clinical training to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Train providers and staff on consultation strategy, pricing integrity, and patient conversion
  • Coach practices on marketing execution and patient acquisition strategies
  • Support promotional planning and hands-on implementation
  • Partner with Device Territory Managers, Injectable Territory Mangers, Strategic Partners & Sales Directors to align on account strategy
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Training to deploy growth initiatives
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities across the Merz Aesthetics portfolio
  • Serve as field liaison to corporate partners
  • Achievement of quarterly and semester revenue targets
  • Measurable growth in consumable volume and utilization
  • Increased portfolio penetration within accounts
  • Strong forecasting accuracy
  • High-impact execution of business plans and events

Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Associate of Science (A.S.) and AE License
  • 3-5 years in sales (may be in aesthetics, medical device, or pharmaceutical sales but not limited too)
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving revenue goals
  • Experience driving growth in owner-operated medical practices or high revenue companies
  • AE License
  • Direct creation of tools, processes and programs designed to drive patient volume at an owner-operated business level
  • Demonstrated high level of Clinical and Business Acumen
  • Ability to forge strong relationships with clients and utilize client relationships to increase device utilization and portfolio penetration
  • Ability to understand and explain economic value as well as clinical performance comparison
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ideal candidate should reside in Tampa or Sarasota FL
  • Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) and AE License
  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Experience training clinically and influencing decision-makers
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders
  • Strong business and financial acumen along with strong organizational skills
