CNO Analyst/Porgrammer

Summary

Mission Technologies, a division of HII, is seeking a CNO Analyst/Programmer to provide custom software design and development in support of Computer Network Operations. The role involves supporting the full development lifecycle and requires programming experience in various languages across multiple environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain CNO software tools and techniques
• Develop end-to-end data flow and tasking integration for CNO systems
• Author and maintain documentation in accordance with development standards
• Participate in design, code, and software readiness reviews
• Programs in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python
• Develop Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET
• Build UNIX applications using make files or similar build environments
• Develop embedded or mobile platforms using GOTS, open-source, or proprietary frameworks

Skills

• TS/SCI Security Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph
• 2 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 0 years experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 years relevant experience for Junior level
• 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience for Mid level
• 9 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 4 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience for Senior level
• Programming experience in one or more of the following languages: Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python
• Experience developing Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET
• Experience building UNIX applications using make files or similar build environments
• Experience developing embedded or mobile platforms using GOTS, open-source, or proprietary frameworks
• Ability to design, develop, and maintain CNO software tools and techniques
