Job description

Summary

Mobius Mobility develops mobility technology designed to empower individuals with mobility challenges to access more of the world with confidence and independence. The Assistive Technology Professional will support clients through evaluation, delivery, and training for the ibot® Personal Mobility Device while building relationships with clinicians, rehab facilities, and community partners across the Greater Atlanta area.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with clinicians to evaluate client needs and recommend appropriate ibot® configurations
  • Conduct Complex Rehab Technology assessments and home environment evaluations
  • Deliver devices, ensure proper equipment fit, and provide hands‑on user training
  • Demonstrate product operation and ensure safe, effective use of the ibot® PMD
  • Develop and maintain strong referral relationships with clinicians, rehab facilities, and community partners
  • Identify new opportunities to expand awareness and adoption of the ibot® PMD
  • Conduct in‑services, product demonstrations, and educational sessions
  • Review seating specifications and orders for accuracy
  • Collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure smooth configuration, delivery, and follow‑through
  • Assist with insurance documentation and processes as needed
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events
  • Uphold RESNA's Code of Ethics and all company policies

Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Current ATP Certification (RESNA) or scheduled to take the test
  • Hands-on experience working with individuals with disabilities
  • Valid driver license
  • Ability to physically train new users for basic ibot® operation and ibot® stair climbing
  • Ability to use standard office equipment and computer systems
  • Ability to lift items up to 30 lbs
  • Ability to travel as needed domestically by car and plane
  • Bachelor's degree in health sciences, Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy
  • 1–3 years of experience as an ATP or therapist in rehab technology, a rehab facility, clinic, DME environment, or other applicable environments
  • Experience with CRMs (Atlas, Salesforce or HubSpot)
