Responsibilities
- Assist in the integration, setup, and maintenance of enterprise-level systems to streamline processes & document workflows across the organization
- Provide data-driven insights by leveraging business intelligence tools to support decision-making processes across multiple departments
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to collaborate on cross-functional initiatives
- Organize and manage multiple high-priority projects, adapting to meet deadlines and ensuring the timely completion of key tasks
- Join team meetings to share ideas, align on goals, and contribute to the Enterprise Systems team’s overall strategy
- Attend training sessions to support your professional growth and development
Skills
- Graduates in Winter 2026 or Spring 2027 with a Bachelor's or Master's degree, ideally in Business Systems, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field
- Is proficient in Excel; experience with SQL, BigQuery, Tableau, DataStudio, RedShift, Python, or similar is considered a plus
- Has experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to improve efficiency, organization, and employee support
- Has proven leadership experience in extracurricular activities or previous roles, demonstrating the ability to drive project success
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a variety of personality types and work styles
- Is able to quickly switch contexts and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrates strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Shows a passion for building, continuous improvement, and making a positive impact

Qualifications
