Job description

Summary

Monarch is an all-in-one personal finance platform designed to simplify financial management. The UGC Production Specialist will manage end-to-end collaborations with user-generated content partners, including outreach, feedback, negotiations, and content usage agreements. The role will edit and organize content, optimize UGC for Meta and TikTok performance, and use performance feedback to refine content and testing variations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all stages of UGC partnerships, including identifying potential creators, conducting outreach, and maintaining strong relationships
  • Provide constructive feedback to partners to ensure content quality and alignment with brand guidelines
  • Negotiate rates, usage rights, and licensing agreements with UGC creators to ensure fair and transparent arrangements
  • Utilize video editing tools to enhance UGC for optimal quality and branding
  • Maintain and organize content using CMS tools, ensuring assets are accessible and properly archived
  • Stay updated on UGC trends, platform-specific guidelines, and emerging tools to maintain a competitive edge

Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in content production, social media, or UGC-related roles
  • Deep understanding of UGC trends and enthusiasm for working with diverse creator communities
  • Strong project management abilities, capable of juggling multiple collaborations and deadlines
  • Familiarity with performance tracking tools to evaluate content success
  • Proficiency in creative tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Canva, Figma) and CMS platforms (Aspire, Air)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a hands-on, resourceful approach
