Summary

The AI Business Solutions Architect will support the design and implementation of AI-enabled business solutions by translating business scenarios into AI use cases, documenting workflows, prototyping solutions, evaluating AI tools, and collaborating with stakeholders to scale implementations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business scenarios and convert them into clear AI use cases, workflow steps, and functional requirements
• Prepare solution documentation, including process flows, workflow logic, input/output definitions, and exception paths
• Build and validate AI prototypes through prompt testing, scenario simulation, and user testing
• Track issues, feedback, and improvement actions during pilot and implementation phases
• Research relevant AI tools in the market and summarize recommendations for project teams
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to make solutions scalable for internal and external use

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field
• Strong interest in AI applications, solution design, and business process improvement
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, LLM applications, or AI-related projects through coursework, internships, research, or personal projects
• Practical exposure to some of the following: prompt design, AI prototyping, Python, SQL, workflow documentation, or AI output evaluation
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to structure business problems into solution logic
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively with both business and technical teams
• Currently completing or recently completed adegree from an accredited university (Bachelors, Masters or PhD)
• Passion for technology, innovation, and continuous learning
• Demonstrated leadership potential through academic, professional, internship, or community involvement
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and work effectively across global teams
