Responsibilities

• Create visually stunning website designs that align with clients' branding and objectives
• Develop responsive web designs that work seamlessly on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
• Use industry-standard design tools and technologies to bring concepts to life
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure design concepts are implemented accurately
• Conduct user research to understand user behavior and preferences
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to optimize the user journey
• Implement best practices for UX design to enhance user engagement and conversion rates
• Design graphics, icons, and multimedia elements to enhance website aesthetics
• Create and edit images and videos for web use
• Ensure all visual elements are optimized for web performance and load times
• Engage with clients to understand their requirements and vision for their websites
• Present design concepts and gather feedback for iterative improvements
• Maintain clear communication throughout the design and development process
• Conduct thorough testing of websites to ensure compatibility, functionality, and visual integrity
• Address and resolve any design-related issues or bugs in a timely manner

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar design software
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles
• Knowledge of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design best practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with animation and interactive design
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress
• Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices
• Portfolio showcasing a variety of web design projects
