Summary
Natera is a global leader in cell-free DNA testing focused on oncology, women’s health, and organ health. The Revenue Cycle Client Billing Specialist will ensure accurate and timely billing, resolve billing issues, maintain billing data and records, prepare invoices, and improve revenue cycle processes. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams and management to address billing trends and system configuration issues.
Responsibilities
- Ensures accurate and timely billing of all services
- Identifies, researches, and resolves billing cases, collaborating with cross-functional teams to prevent future issues
- Analyzes billing trends and implements process improvements to enhance revenue cycle performance
- Coordinates with internal departments to ensure proper system configuration for accurate invoicing
- Develops and maintains efficient billing workflows and processes
- Reviews and processes billing type updates, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
- Monitors billing performance, prepares reports, and escalates unresolved issues as needed
- Identifies and leverages new technologies to drive continuous improvement in billing operations
- Partners with management to address trends and issues impacting revenue cycle performance
- Establishes an ongoing working relationship with other departments impacting revenue cycle performance
- Performs other duties as assigned
