Summary

The Core Banking Hogan Platform role develops, enhances, and supports Hogan Core Banking applications using IBM Mainframe technologies while collaborating with business and technical teams in a regulated banking environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance applications within the Hogan Core Banking platform
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Build and support solutions using COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, and VSAM technologies
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, defect resolution, and production support
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver banking application enhancements
- Support application releases, change management, and technical documentation
Skills
- Multi years of Hogan application development experience in Core Banking environments (CASA, Deposits related module exposure is a MUST)
- Strong hands-on expertise in COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, and VSAM on IBM Mainframe (z/OS)
- Experience with one or more Hogan modules such as CIS, DDA, TDA, LNS, IDS/Umbrella, or PEM
- Good understanding of Core Banking functions including deposits, loans, account processing, fees, and transaction processing
- Experience with Mainframe development tools such as TSO/ISPF, Endevor/ChangeMan, File-AID, and SDSF
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in regulated banking environments and follow established change management processes
