Responsibilities
- Proficiency in Java programming language is essential, including knowledge of core libraries and commonly used frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate)
- Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc., including database design and SQL querying
- Understanding of web development technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, React) may be required depending on the role
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams
- Knowledge of software development practices such as TDD (Test-Driven Development), CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment)
- Ability to analyze and solve technical problems independently
- Debugging and troubleshooting skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills, as collaboration with other team members, stakeholders, and sometimes clients is often required
