  • Work closely with Network Engineering, Cloud, and Application teams to support new deployments, migrations, and network designs
  • Assist application owners with load balancer configurations, health checks, and performance optimization
  • Maintain detailed documentation of DNS zones, DHCP scopes, IP allocations, load balancer configurations, and operational runbooks
  • Participate in disaster recovery testing and contribute to business continuity planning for network services
  • Identify opportunities to automate DDI and load balancing operations using APIs, Python, PowerShell, or Ansible
  • Proactively monitor trends and recommend improvements for performance, scalability, and manageability
  • Evaluate and test emerging technologies and upgrades to enhance reliability and agility

Skills

  • Proficiency in managing load balancer platforms such as F5 BIG-IP, Citrix ADC (NetScaler), or AWS/GCP load balancing services
  • Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking, routing, subnetting, VLANs, and network security fundamentals
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with experience using packet capture and diagnostic tools
  • Familiarity with change management and ITSM processes (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy)
  • Experience with automation and scripting using Python, REST APIs, or Ansible for DDI or load balancing tasks
