Summary
NinjaHoldings provides digital banking, lending, underwriting, fraud detection, and analytics services for consumer finance. The Product Manager, Marketing supports marketing product strategy and execution by helping deliver marketing technology initiatives, manage roadmaps and workflows, define requirements, and coordinate with engineering, legal, compliance, and risk in a regulated environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the development and execution of the marketing product roadmap, helping balance strategic priorities against engineering capacity and cross-functional dependencies
- Support end-to-end delivery of marketing technology initiatives, including front-end and customer-facing product development
- Help manage and improve team workflows and operational processes, identifying opportunities that increase execution speed and quality
- Collaborate with engineering, legal, compliance, and risk to help plan, sequence, and deliver marketing initiatives in a regulated environment
- Support the resolution of marketing system outages and technical escalations, helping drive timely resolution with minimal business impact
- Help define and document requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for marketing technology projects
- Track and communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders
- Serve as a liaison between marketing and engineering teams, supporting alignment, clarity, and consistent communication
- Contribute to process improvements and support organizational alignment across the marketing function
Skills
- 3+ years of product management experience, with a focus on marketing technology, front-end products, or customer-facing digital experiences
- Familiarity with front-end development concepts and marketing technology platforms
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to collaborate effectively and build relationships across diverse, cross-functional teams
- Track record of contributing to complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Experience working in a regulated industry (fintech, financial services, or similar) is a plus, but not required
- Understanding of financial products, services, and the regulatory landscape affecting the fintech industry is a plus, but not required
