  • Carry out stewardship plans set by the Director, from handwritten notes and donor gifts to reminders on upcoming touchpoints
  • Keep moves management stages current in Salesforce, and flag stalled or lapsed donors
  • Pull segmentation lists, run mail merges, and set up emails, appeals, and newsletters for final approval
  • Coordinate logistics for campaigns, peer-to-peer pages, ambassadors, and print mailings
  • Research prospects and maintain the institutional pipeline, bringing opportunities to the Director for go/no-go decisions
  • Prepare materials for grant launch meetings and track funder touchpoints
  • Attend funder briefings, webinars, and peer exchanges
  • Serve as Development’s operational point of contact for Communications, Programs, Reentry, and Finance, routing information on grants, data, and deliverables and escalating strategic or relationship issues to the Director
  • Publish approved blog posts and website updates, and keep public-facing materials accurate and current
