SAP CPI Integration Developer

Summary

NTT DATA Europe & Latam provides SAP-focused advisory, implementation, managed services, and AI-driven technology solutions. The SAP CPI Integration Developer will design, develop, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations between SAP S/4HANA and non-SAP applications using SAP Integration Suite / Cloud Integration, supporting service-related business processes and international transformation rollouts.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure and maintain integration flows using SAP Integration Suite / Cloud Integration (CPI)
• Build interfaces between SAP S/4HANA and non-SAP applications, particularly IFS and other applications within the Service landscape
• Develop and maintain synchronous and asynchronous integration scenarios
• Configure mappings, routing, transformations and message processing
• Work with integration technologies and protocols such as REST, SOAP, OData, IDoc, XML, JSON, SFTP and HTTPS
• Implement monitoring, error handling and exception-management mechanisms
• Troubleshoot complex integration issues and perform root-cause analysis
• Work closely with SAP EDI, S/4HANA functional, BTP development and architecture teams
• Support integration requirements for Service/Order Management, Shipping, Delivery, Billing and Invoicing
• Ensure secure and scalable connectivity between cloud and on-premise applications
• Support migration of existing interfaces into the target S/4HANA integration landscape
• Participate in integration testing, cutover and go-live activities
• Contribute to integration standards and reusable solutions for future rollouts
• Maintain technical interface and integration documentation

Skills

• Minimum 4-7 years of hands-on experience with SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite – Cloud Integration
• Experience designing and developing complex integration flows
• Strong knowledge of: REST and SOAP, OData, IDoc, XML and JSON, Message Mapping, Routing and transformation, API-based integrations
• Experience integrating SAP S/4HANA with non-SAP systems
• Strong understanding of integration patterns and error-handling concepts
• Experience with interface monitoring and troubleshooting
• Understanding of authentication, certificates and secure connectivity
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Professional proficiency in English or German is required
