The role involves collaborating with Tech Developers and the Business Team to implement technical solutions, prioritize user requirements, and oversee system changes while ensuring high performance and security.

- Experience working in a solution delivery environment
- Excellent communication skills including the ability to explain technical details
- Excellent analytical skills with strong problem-solving aptitude
- Prior Electric Utilities industry experience
- Prior experience with large complex enterprise systems
- Familiarity with programming languages like C#, Java, VB
- Knowledge of databases, system security and troubleshooting
- Experience in multiple project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, SAFe, etc.)
- Master's in Computer Science, MBA, Master's in Information Systems
