Job description
Summary
Connexta is a modern open source software company focused on creating solutions for the U.S. government and regulated industries. They are seeking a full stack software developer to contribute to open source projects and work in an Agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Write well designed, testable efficient code in modern Object Oriented software
- Communicate progress and identify blocking issues
- Working in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high quality software
Skills
- B.S. Computer Science, similar technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience
- Software development experience in one or more general purpose programming languages with experience working in Mac, Windows, and/or Linux environments
- Driven and able to quickly learn and use new technologies
- U.S. Citizenship (Connexta has some contracts that make this a requirement)
- Either have experience with or are ready to learn Java
