Job description
Summary
One HR Hub is seeking a talented Full Stack Developer for a fully remote position, open to all nationalities. The role involves building and maintaining dynamic web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring application performance.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain dynamic web applications using React.js/Next.js on the front-end and Node.js/Express.js on the back-end
- Design and manage databases, particularly PostgreSQL, ensuring scalability and reliability
- Implement Redux for efficient state management across applications
- Utilize Docker and container orchestration tools to streamline deployments and manage applications efficiently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new features and ensure seamless integration
- Debug and troubleshoot complex issues to maintain application performance
- Stay up-to-date with modern web development tools, frameworks, and best practices
Skills
- Proficiency in React.js/Next.js and Node.js/Express.js frameworks
- Strong experience with PostgreSQL and database design principles
- Knowledge of Redux for effective state management
- Familiarity with Docker and container orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes experience is a bonus)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup
- Strong communication skills in English
