Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Develop and implement data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize efficiency and quality
- Prepare reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders in clear, actionable formats
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and ensure the accuracy of reporting
- Assist in the design and development of databases, data systems, and data collection strategies
- Monitor data integrity, identify data discrepancies, and recommend corrective measures
- Create and maintain technical documentation for data processes and workflows
- Support business decisions through ad hoc analysis as needed
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with a strong track record of working with large datasets
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, R, Python, or Tableau
- Experience with database management systems and ETL processes
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong ability to translate complex data into understandable, actionable insights
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
