2027 Spring Legal Clerkship

Summary

Our Children's Trust is a nonprofit public interest law firm that uses strategic legal campaigns to secure youth rights to a healthy atmosphere and stable climate. The 2027 Spring Law Clerk will support legal efforts through research, drafting, document review, and preparation for litigation and other legal proceedings.

Responsibilities

• Assisting attorneys around the country and the world in their legal efforts
• Working with experts
• Conducting legal and evidentiary research
• Drafting legal memoranda
• Drafting, reviewing, and editing complaints, briefs, motions, discovery requests, and declarations
• Preparing for oral argument and trial
• Assisting with document review
