Summary
Pindrop is an identity trust platform that provides real-time identity verification and deepfake detection across voice, video, and digital interactions. The Product Manager, AI Enablement will lead AI product operations, build internal AI tools and workflows, establish responsible AI governance, and drive adoption across business functions.

- Build and manage a portfolio of internal AI tools, copilots, and agentic workflows to improve speed, quality, and scalability
- Extend Pindrop’s shared AI platform common tooling, context, and agent infrastructure for new use cases rather than standing up parallel stacks
- Create the operating process that moves AI concepts from prototype to production, including evaluation, human-in-the-loop review, rollout criteria, and post-launch monitoring
- Partner with function leaders / stakeholders and their teams to translate ambiguous goals into clear workflows and measurable outcomes
