Summary
Pinnacle Fertility is a leader in physician-centric fertility care, supporting high-performing fertility clinics and comprehensive service providers nationwide. The Jr Software Developer plays an important role in supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of technology solutions that enhance clinic operations and improve the patient experience.
Responsibilities
- Support the design, development, and maintenance of internal software applications and system integrations
- Collaborate with senior developers to implement front-end and back-end solutions that enhance clinic workflows and patient experiences
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following established best practices
- Participate in system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure reliable application performance
- Assist with data migration, API integrations, and system configuration tasks
- Partner with QA and project management teams to ensure timely and high-quality software releases
- Identify opportunities for automation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with Pinnacle Fertility’s technology standards, data security protocols, and confidentiality requirements
- Other duties and projects as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required
- Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered
- 1-2 years of experience in software development (internships or entry-level roles acceptable)
- Familiarity with programming languages such as C#, Python, JavaScript, or SQL
- Basic understanding of APIs, version control (Git), and agile development methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality code
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and adapt in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and database management preferred
