Summary
Pluralsight provides a learning platform dedicated to accelerating technology skills and capabilities. The Senior Graphic Designer - Multidisciplinary will develop and produce creative work across brand, campaigns, digital, web, events, presentations, and motion while setting creative direction, mentoring designers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Concept, art direct, and create work across Pluralsight's marketing, including integrated campaigns, web and landing pages, digital advertising, social, events, presentations, and motion
- Turn marketing strategies, audience insights, and creative briefs into distinctive concepts and polished visual solutions
- Own high-impact projects from first idea to final delivery, setting the visual direction while staying close to the work
- Build and evolve scalable visual systems and templates that keep our brand consistent and leave room for creativity
- Present your concepts and explain the thinking behind your design decisions, connecting them to audience needs and business goals
- Mentor designers and guide agencies and contractors through clear feedback and hands-on collaboration
- Partner with Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer teams, Content, Events, and developers to bring ideas to life
Skills
- An exceptional portfolio that shows strong visual taste, conceptual thinking, and versatility across brand, campaigns, digital, web/UX, presentations, events, motion, or content
- Deep command of design fundamentals, including typography, composition, hierarchy, color, imagery, and visual storytelling
- Advanced skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, plus curiosity to learn new tools, including AI-enabled creative workflows
- Strong digital design skills, with an understanding of responsive design, usability, accessibility, and modern web experiences
- Clear, confident communication, with the ability to advocate for creative decisions and build trusted relationships with stakeholders at every level
- Comfort with ambiguity, the ability to juggle multiple priorities, and the judgment to know when a project needs exploration and polish versus speed and iteration
- 5+ years of related experience; or 3+ years of related experience with an advanced degree (Master's/Doctorate)
- 8+ years of related experience; or 5+ years of related experience with an advanced degree (Master's/Doctorate)
