Job description

Summary

Evidence Solutions is a global healthcare market access consultancy that helps pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies address product access, pricing, reimbursement, contracting, formulary inclusion, and value positioning challenges. The Analyst will support client engagements through primary and secondary research, quantitative and qualitative analysis, strategic recommendation development, client-ready presentations, and project coordination across multiple market access and commercial strategy projects.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct primary and secondary research to address client business questions
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify key insights and trends
  • Develop client-ready PowerPoint presentations and other project deliverables
  • Participate in internal brainstorming sessions and strategy development discussions
  • Support the preparation, execution, and follow-up of client and internal meetings
  • Synthesize research findings into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Contribute to multiple projects simultaneously while managing competing deadlines
  • Support business development and practice development initiatives as needed
  • Support the design and execution of research methodologies aligned with client objectives
  • Conduct desk research using a variety of internal and external sources
  • Assist with primary research activities, including stakeholder interviews and market assessments
  • Analyze and interpret research findings to support project recommendations
  • Contribute to project workstreams and ensure deadlines are met
  • Support client communications and project status updates

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Economics, Business, Public Health, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated interest in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel as needed
  • Undergraduate concentration in Economics, Business, Life Sciences, Public Health, or a related discipline
  • Knowledge of the U.S. healthcare system and pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience analyzing and interpreting scientific, clinical, or market research data
  • Internship or academic experience in healthcare, consulting, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or market access
  • Experience developing presentations and communicating complex information to diverse audiences
