Summary
Procore Technologies is a construction technology company seeking a Premium Research & Data Administrator for its Scout Research Team. The role researches construction and property data, communicates with customers to fill information gaps, and maintains accurate, legally compliant records through precise data entry and problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Research property information using online county websites and internal/external tools to ensure data validity
- Communicate with customers and construction companies via telephone and email to gather missing project details
- Prioritize daily tasks and research requests based on established Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Update construction job information within our proprietary database through precise data entry
- Correct data inaccuracies and resolve information gaps found in customer-submitted records
- Maintain a high volume of outbound communication while ensuring all construction data is legally compliant
Skills
- 1+ years of experience in data entry, research, or customer service
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to remain attentive and precise in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on maintaining a "help-first" and customer-centric perspective
- Analytical mindset and a proactive approach to solving complex data puzzles
- Technical proficiency and an appetite for learning new software, tools, and construction databases
- Hard-working and adaptable professional who is comfortable with routine tasks and working out of their comfort zone
- Collaborative spirit with the ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
Qualifications
