Summary

Prysmian is the world leader in the energy and telecom cable systems industry. They are seeking an enthusiastic AI Intern to support their North America Digital & AI team in building practical AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, working with business users and IT teams to improve efficiency and enhance decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Assist in building AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Design and improve simple conversation flows and responses
• Work with users to understand needs and translate them into AI solutions
• Connect agents with Microsoft tools like Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and Excel
• Support building workflows using Power Automate
• Test agents and document how they work
• Assist in training users on prompt writing and AI tools

Skills

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (Undergraduate only)
• Interest in AI, automation, or digital tools
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
• Exposure to AI tools, chatbots, or automation platforms
• Basic programming knowledge (Python or JavaScript)
• Interest in generative AI or prompt engineering
