Summary

PwC is a professional services firm seeking an Oracle Utilities Senior Associate to help organizations leverage enterprise technology and achieve digital transformation goals. The role involves implementing Oracle solutions, analyzing complex business issues, supporting subscription-based business models, managing Oracle utilities and revenue applications, reviewing deliverables, mentoring junior staff, and building client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Implementing Oracle solutions to support clients' digital transformation goals across finance, operations, and customer service
  • Analyzing complex business issues and developing strategic solutions using Oracle Lead to Revenue offerings
  • Collaborating with clients to transition from resource-intensive models to subscription-based business models
  • Utilizing Oracle Customer Experience (CX) and Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS) to enhance client engagement and billing processes
  • Managing accounts receivable and collections using Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB)
  • Leveraging Oracle Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) Cloud to streamline sales and marketing operations
  • Facilitating the integration of Oracle Utilities Customer-to-Meter (C2M) for improved customer data management
  • Reviewing and validating the quality and accuracy of deliverables within client engagements
  • Mentoring junior team members and providing coaching to enhance their problem-solving skills
  • Building and maintaining quality relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions

Skills
