The Payer Operations & Transformation Consultant, Experienced Associate will support operations consulting engagements, business transformation strategies, process improvement, analytics, stakeholder collaboration, and change management initiatives for payer operations.
Responsibilities
- Supporting client engagements by contributing to operations consulting projects
- Assisting in the development and implementation of business transformation strategies
- Engaging in market research to inform operational improvements and strategies
- Applying business data analytics to enhance operational performance and decision-making
- Participating in process improvement initiatives to optimize operations and achieve efficiency
- Collaborating with stakeholders to align operational strategies with business objectives
- Utilizing operations management techniques to support client needs and project goals
- Implementing quality standards to maintain operational excellence and client satisfaction
- Conducting analysis of business performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Facilitating change management processes to support successful transformation initiatives
