Summary

Quantum Strides LLC specializes in Integrated Workplace Management Solutions and enterprise asset management services. The Maximo Techno-Functional Consultant will bridge technical and functional teams to deliver IBM Maximo Enterprise Asset Management solutions, including configuration, testing, integrations, data analysis, client support, training, documentation, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Understand client business processes and requirements, and configure Maximo to meet their needs
• Develop and execute Maximo testing plans to ensure that the system meets client requirements and industry best practices
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure that functional requirements are translated into technical designs and implementations
• Develop interfaces between Maximo and other enterprise systems, such as ERP, SCADA, and GIS systems
• Analyze client data to identify opportunities for optimizing Maximo's use and recommending process improvements
• Provide technical guidance and support to clients and project teams during the entire project lifecycle
• Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer sessions for clients and internal teams
• Create functional design documents, test cases, and user manuals
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Maximo and its integrations

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
